WALBRO JAPAN
RECEIVES "EXCELLENT COMPANY" AWARD
FROM MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES
Walbro Japan Inc., a
unit of Walbro Engine Management, has been awarded the "Excellent
Company" award from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd.'s Industry
Machinery Division.
Walbro Japan was one of ten companies which received the annual award,
out of 120 eligible suppliers. Walbro was recognized for its efforts in
supplying components used on gasoline engines.
In presenting the award to Walbro Japan, Taniguchi Kototsugu, General
Manager of the Industry Machinery Division of Mitsubishi Heavy
Industries Ltd. said, "Your company has achieved good results with
regard to Quality, Delivery & Cost Reduction for orders for our Industry
Machinery Division from April 1, 2002 through March 31, 2003 and has
made a large contribution to our production. We are pleased to give this
award to you and feel that this result is due to the strong efforts of
your company and its employees."
Andrew V. Masterman, President Walbro Engine Management, praised Walbro
Japan's efforts. "This award is a great accomplishment for the entire
